2. Booking and Service Delivery

• All bookings must be made via our website, phone, or email confirmation.

• Services are subject to availability and will be confirmed once accepted by us in writing or by email.

• You agree to provide access to the property and ensure a safe working environment during the scheduled service time.

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel services for any reason.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP.

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept payments via bank transfer or cash.

• A late payment fee may apply after 48 hours from the invoice date.

• Prices are charged per cleaner per hour.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

• You must inform us of any hazards or special instructions related to your property.

• If our staff arrive and are unable to access the premises, a full service fee will be charged.

• Cancellations within 48 hours will incur full payment.

• The property must be free of hazards such as biohazards, infestations, or dangerous conditions.

• Pets must be secured during the service unless otherwise agreed.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us immediately after completion.

• We will aim to resolve issues promptly, including re-cleaning the affected area(s) where appropriate.

7. Liability and Insurance

• We are insured for public liability and employee liability.

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items improperly secured or installed.

• Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• We respect your privacy and will only use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

• Client details will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and branding, is the property of The Organised Fairy, LTD must not be copied or used without permission.

10. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate services if the client breaches these terms, behaves abusively, or creates unsafe working conditions.

11. Changes to Terms

12. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
